Appointments
New-patient appointments and physicals: 30-40 minutes Routine follow-up and urgent appointments: 15-20 minutes Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork or update records. Unless instructed otherwise, if your visit entails blood work, please do not eat anything for 8 hours before the visit (water is fine).   Being late to your appointment may limit the time the provider has to see you. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule.   Please help us serve you better by scheduling your physicals and routine follow-up appointments as far ahead as your schedule allows. We will gladly schedule appointments for up to 12 months in advance.

New Patients
ARRIVE 10-15 MIN BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
*We respect your time and we are committed to seeing you at the time you have scheduled with us. For new patients, we ask that you arrive 10-15 min before your allotted time in order to fill out any necessary paperwork.

Walk-In's
WE WELCOME WALK-INS! JUST BE AWARE THAT...

  • Wait time will vary and can be up to 2 hours.
  • Expect to be scheduled with the first available healthcare provider.
  • Treatment will be limited to the chief complaint only.
  • If urgent care is needed, we ask that you schedule an appointment. When being evaluated as a walk-in patient, you will be treated only for your immediate health concerns. A limited amount of time has been set aside for walk-in patients in each provider’s scheduled day. Routine health visits, physicals, medication refills, or paperwork that needs to be completed by a provider should be completed at a scheduled appointment.

Cancellations
$25 NO SHOW CHARGE! Patients must call 24 hours in advance if they are unable to keep their scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not canceled in advance, the patient will be charged a $25 No Show charge. ***Please be advised that no-show charges are patients responsibility and will not be billed to your insurance company.
